You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund review.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, some intimate items, underwear, swimwear, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:
– your order number
– a short description of the issue
– clear photos of the item and packaging
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
